When paired with a 28-32c tire, the flattened contact surface between the tire and rim creates a more aerodynamic profile, contributing to increased cycling comfort.

The EXAR Ultra carbon fiber wheelset features HI-MOD T800 carbon fiber spokes, each weighing only 2.8g—30% lighter than top-tier steel spokes. These carbon fiber spokes exhibit higher tensile strength, withstanding 30% more tensile force and minimizing strength loss during transmission. The 2:1 balanced lacing pattern ensures optimal tension distribution, with 130kgf±10% on the rear-wheel drive side and 110kgf±10% on the non-drive side.
