Wanhee's Wilier Filante SLR Road Disc frameset is a great example of the custom touches you can make to your roadbike.
A Princeton Carbon Works Wake 6560 wheelset plays matchy matchy with gold coated Ceramic Speed OSPW, gold titanium Kogel bidon and stem bolts, and a gold 12 speed (waxed with Silca Ultimate hot melt) KMC chain. The rims are laced to straightpull DT Swiss 180 hubs via Sapim CX-Ray spokes.
The drivechain is Dura Ace 12 Speed Di2 9270 including a Dura Ace 52/36 172.5mm powermeter chainset. The front (160mm) and rear (140mm) disc rotors have been upgraded to Carbon-Ti X-Rotor SteelCarbon 3 Center Lock and the chainrings upgraded to Carbon-Ti X-CarboRing Evo 110 BCD.
The chaincatcher is from K-Edge with a built in powermeter magnet and the bottom bracket is a ceramic bearing C-Bear BB86.
Wanhee chooses to run Ride Now TPU tubes with creamwalled Conti GP5000 tyres. He also opted for an S-Works 3D printed saddle with integrated rear light mount, Arundel carbon bottle cages, and Dura Ace pedals.
Wilier aero handlebars wrapped in Burgh Cycling handlebar tape complete the build but there is an SRM Powermeter with Look Trilobe carbon crank arms in the near future for this bike as well.
Weighing in at 7.3kgs this build's only real challenge was threading the hydro lines through the integrated headset and bearings where the fit was extremely tight.
